Qualification & Experience

- MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing / factory environment.
- Prior experience in Plant Finance will be preferred.
- Experience in SAP environment.

Job profile-
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of all invoices after thorough verification of supporting documents, approvals, accounting treatment and applicable controls.
- Act as a Finance Co-pilot to the Plant Head, providing financial insights, analysis and support on plant operations, cost management and other finance-related business decisions.
- Partner with plant operations teams to understand operational performance, identify financial implications and highlight areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
- Prepare and provide detailed MIS and management reports covering plant operations, costs, production, consumption, inventory and other key financial parameters.
- Ensure timely submission of the Plant P&L;, with proper reconciliation to books of accounts and detailed explanations / notes for significant movements and variances.
- Supervise and guide the Finance teams at Karnataka and Nashik, ensuring timely, accurate and consistent reporting across locations.
- Ensure effective financial controls and adherence to accounting policies, SOPs,



approval matrix and other internal control requirements at the plant.
- Review plant expenses, inventory, consumption, production-related costs and other financial transactions to identify errors, exceptions, leakages and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with HO Finance, Plant Operations, Procurement, Commercial, Stores and other stakeholders for timely closure of financial and operational requirements.
- Support month-end closing activities and ensure all necessary accounting entries, accruals, provisions, reconciliations and other closing activities are completed within timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement in plant finance processes, reporting mechanisms and financial controls.
