Experience

- No. of experience years preferred: 12+ Years.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Qualification/s

- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology

Certifications:

- TOGAF, Zachman certified enterprise architect, Certified Technical Architect (CTA), AWS certified solution architect, or equivalent certifications

Key Responsibilities 1. Architecture Design & Technical Strategy

- Design and define the end-to-end system architecture supporting discovery, connection, and service delivery
- Develop scalable, modular, and interoperable architecture frameworks
- Define technical vision, standards, and best practices aligned with program goals

2. Technology Standards & Integration

- Define and enforce:
- Technology standards, protocols, and frameworks
- Integration approaches (APIs, microservices, interoperability layers)
- Ensure seamless integration with:
- External systems
- Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) components
- Third-party platforms and services

3. Platform Scalability, Security & Performance

- Ensure system architecture supports:
- High scalability for large user volumes and multi-region deployments
- Robust security frameworks and data protection mechanisms
- High availability, reliability, and performance optimization
- Establish best practices for:
- Cloud infrastructure
- Data architecture and storage
- System monitoring and resilience

4. Technical Leadership & Team Guidance

- Provide technical leadership across development, DevOps, and implementation teams




- Review system designs, code architecture, and implementation approaches
- Mentor engineering teams and ensure adoption of best practices and standards
- Drive technical decision-making and resolve complex system challenges

5. Development Oversight & Delivery Support

- Oversee development lifecycle from design to deployment and scaling
- Ensure alignment between:
- Business requirements
- System architecture
- Implementation outputs
- Collaborate with program, product, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

6. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement in architecture design, system performance, and scalability
- Enable adoption of AI, data platforms, and digital innovation capabilities where relevant

Required Skills & Competencies

- 5 years designing scalable digital platforms aligned with Government of India digital, MeitY and cybersecurity standards using cloud-native deployment models
- Robust expertise in system architecture design and distributed systems
- Experience with scalable platform development (cloud-native, microservices)
- Proficiency in:
- API design and integration
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Strong understanding of:
- Security frameworks and best practices
- DevOps and CI/CD pipelines




- Excellent problem-solving and technical decision-making skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 12+ years of experience in:
- System designing
- Software engineering
- System architecture
- Technology leadership roles

Preferred Experience

- Experience working on:
- Large-scale digital platforms or public infrastructure systems
- Multi-stakeholder, high-volume systems
- Exposure to:
- Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), open networks, or platform ecosystems
- Especially for modern digital infrastructure programs.
- AI/ML Platforms (TensorFlow, OpenAI APIs, Azure AI)
- Data platforms & analytics tools
- Blockchain / Digital identity tools (for DPI ecosystems)
- Experience in:
- Government or public sector technology programs
- Integration-heavy platforms and API ecosystems
- Familiarity with:
- AI/ML integration
- Data-driven platforms and analytics systems
- AWS/ Microsoft Azure/ Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Node.js / Java / Python frameworks (Spring Boot, Django)
- Postman / Swagger / API Gateway tools
- SQL Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- NoSQL Databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)
- Data Warehousing (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
