Insurance Accounting Lead (AR/AP/GL)

We are looking for experienced Finance & Accounting professionals to join our Insurance Accounting team in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee Insurance Accounting processes across Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
- Perform reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, and financial reporting activities.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and support finance operations across multiple geographies.
- Drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with accounting policies and controls.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Robust experience in AR, AP, GL, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.




- Insurance industry experience is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant accounting expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across Australia, Asia, Europe, and the US.
- Flexible to work in shifts aligned with business requirements.

- This role is initially Work from Office. A hybrid model may be considered after 6-12 months based on business requirements and stabilization.
