Key Responsibilities

- Product Vision &
- Strategy:

Own the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for core features/products aligned with business goals.

- Requirements &

- PRDs:

Translate market research, customer feedback, and business objectives into high-quality Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and feature specs.

- Execution &

- Delivery:

Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, and QA teams in an Agile environment to build, test, and ship features rapidly.

- Data-Driven Insights: Define success metrics (KPIs/OKRs) and track user engagement, funnel analytics, retention, and feature performance using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to execute successful Go-To-Market (GTM) launches.

- Customer Empathy: Conduct user interviews, surveys,



and usability testing to deeply understand customer pain points and unaddressed needs.

Key Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience: 4–9 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2C or B2B SaaS / FinTech / E-commerce / Tech platforms.

- Technical Aptitude: Comfortably hold technical discussions with engineering teams; understanding of system architecture, REST APIs, and databases is a plus.

- Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong command of product analytics, data queries (SQL), and A/B experimentation.

- Communication: Outstanding oral and written communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
