Your work profile

- Strategic Leadership: Drive the global roadmap, architecture strategy, and digital transformation for SAP S/4HANA Retail, focusing on Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management, and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P).
- Program Delivery: Oversee end-to-end global implementations, rollouts, and optimizations across retail brick-and-mortar stores, distribution centers (DCs), and omnichannel platforms.
- Process Governance: Standardize retail-specific supply chain business processes, including article/site master data, merchandise management, inventory visibility, allocation, and store replenishment.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Align MM operations seamlessly with Sales & Distribution (SD), Warehouse Management (EWM), Finance (FICO), and customer-facing channels like POS, eCommerce, and OMS.
- Innovation & Automation: Champion contemporary capabilities, including AI-driven automated workflows, predictive replenishment, and cloud integrations.




- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage tier-1 system integrator partnerships, software vendors (like SAP), and collaborate with C-suite business leaders to map technology solutions to revenue goals.
- People Leadership: Mentor senior managers, solution architects, and functional leads, fostering a high-performance Center of Excellence (CoE).

Key skills required

- Experience: 10 years of total IT experience, with 8+ years specializing in SAP MM and IS-Retail / S/4HANA Retail environments.
- Track Record: Successfully led at least 4–5 large-scale, global, end-to-end SAP greenfield implementations or multi-country rollouts as a Solution Architect or Delivery Director.
- Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of retail/fashion supply chain operations, inventory optimization, vendor management, and store operations.
- Technical Acumen: Strong familiarity with SAP S/4HANA architecture, CAR (Customer Activity Repository), IDOC/BAPI integrations, and emerging automation/AI frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, crisis management, and cross-cultural leadership abilities

Qualification

- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA.
