Role Purpose The Manager Domestic Sales &

- Marketing (CRGO) will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration of CRGO products within the domestic market. The role includes managing key customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, pricing strategy, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement domestic sales and marketing strategies for CRGO products

- Identify and acquire new customers including transformer manufacturers, EPC contractors, and utilities

- Manage key accounts and strengthen long-term customer relationships

- Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, and commercial terms

- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Logistics, and Finance teams for smooth order execution

- Monitor order book, dispatch schedules, and collections

- Analyze domestic market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities

- Support tender participation , techno-commercial discussions, and negotiations





- Conduct customer visits and support business development initiatives

- Prepare and present sales MIS, forecasts, and performance reports

- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and compliance requirements

Skills &

- Competencies

- Strong understanding of domestic sales and marketing in manufacturing industry

- Experience in CRGO / electrical steel / transformer industry preferred

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

- Sound knowledge of pricing, contracts, and credit control

- Market-driven, analytical, and result-oriented approach

- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools

- Self-driven and capable of working independently

Qualifications &
