- Handle end-to-end procurement of imported engineering materials, packaging materials, and related consumables.
- Coordinate with international and domestic suppliers for RFQs, negotiations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor import shipments, documentation, customs clearance, and logistics activities.
- Ensure timely availability of packaging materials to support production planning.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Receipts (GRN) through SAP.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with stores, production, and planning teams.
- Track supplier performance, lead times, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and import regulations.
- Generate procurement reports, MIS, and purchase analysis reports.
