Job Title: Manager- Purchase-to-order

Candidate Expectations Total Experience And Relevant Experience Lead and manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Order lifecycle from demand intake to order fulfilment

Ensure timely processing of requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier deliveries

Monitor and optimize procurement workflows to improve turnaround time and efficiency

Manage and mentor a team of procurement specialists/analysts

Define roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations

Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Oversee supplier onboarding, qualification, and performance management

Drive supplier negotiations for pricing, delivery, and service levels

Ensure strong supplier relationships and resolve escalations effectively.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Ensure adherence to procurement policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.





Collaborate with internal stakeholders (business, finance, planning, operations)

Act as a key point of contact for procurement-related escalations

Candidate Location: Pune/Bangalore preferred, considering the mandatory work-from-office requirement at Pune and Bangalore

Skills – Mandatory 9 -14 years of Strong knowledge of procurement operations and supplier management

Leadership and team management capabilities

Stakeholder management and communication skills

Negotiation and commercial acumen

Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making

Expertise in ERP tools (SAP, Ariba preferred)

Advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus

Education and Certification Graduation with Mathematics + SCM trainings/certifications.

MBA(Operations/SCM) preferred.
