- Production Planning &
- Scheduling:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on export orders, customer delivery schedules, and available capacity. Monitor planned versus actual production for SKD lines and other bicycle assembly processes, ensuring timely corrective actions.

- Material Planning &

- Inventory Control:

Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, BOP, and suppliers to ensure timely availability of components, raw materials, and packaging materials. Monitor shortages, excess inventory, and material constraints to prevent production interruptions.

- Export Order &

- Dispatch Coordination:

Coordinate with Sales, Export, Production, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams to ensure order-wise production completion, packing readiness, and adherence to committed shipment dates.

- Production Monitoring &

- MIS:

Maintain daily production plans, achievement reports, order status, material shortage reports, and dispatch trackers. Review deviations, identify bottlenecks, and submit accurate and timely MIS to management.





- Capacity &

- Productivity Improvement:

Work with Industrial Engineering (IE) to improve line balancing, cycle time, manpower productivity, capacity utilization, and output per man-shift.

Support Lean

Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and waste-reduction initiatives.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Conduct regular production review meetings, communicate priorities, resolve operational constraints, and escalate critical issues with corrective action plans to management.

- Process Compliance: Ensure accuracy of ERP/MIS data, adherence to approved planning procedures, inventory control practices, workplace safety, and applicable export customer requirements.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
