Job Title: Dy. Manager / Manager - Planning & QS (HG Luxury)Experience: 6 to 8 YearsLocation: AhmedabadRoles & Responsibilities:

- Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules using advanced project management tools.

- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

- Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.

- Conduct quantity take-offs and ensure accurate measurement of works executed.

- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and prepare periodic cost reports.

- Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors for seamless project execution.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.





- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.

Minimum Qualification and Skills

- B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Planning & Quantity Surveying within the Building Construction industry.

- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.

- Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Experience in preparing BOQ, cost estimation, and tender documentation.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
