About the Role

NewSpace Research and Technologies is at an important stage of growth, building a globally recognised Indian Aerospace & Defence technology brand. You will be responsible for building and strengthening NewSpace's corporate brand, market presence and external brand experience across India and global markets. This role will translate NewSpace's technology, products, programmes and capabilities into a transparent, differentiated and credible market proposition and ensure consistency across digital, content, events, partnerships and other brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

- Corporate Brand & Positioning — Define and evolve NewSpace's corporate brand positioning and architecture; develop clear messaging around who we are, what we do and why we matter; establish brand guidelines; ensure consistent application across external touchpoints.
- Marketing Strategy & Content — Develop and execute corporate marketing plans aligned with business priorities and growth milestones; translate complex engineering, technology and product programmes into compelling market narratives; develop presentations, brochures, digital assets, thought-leadership content and marketing collateral.




- Digital & Social — Own the corporate digital presence across website, LinkedIn, X and other relevant platforms; establish standards for quality, tone and consistency; work with external creative, digital and content agencies.
- Events & Industry Presence — Own marketing and brand presence at defence exhibitions, airshows, industry conferences, technology forums and strategic corporate events; manage agencies, creative partners, exhibition partners and vendors.
- Strategic Partnerships & External Ecosystem — Build relationships with industry bodies, ecosystem partners and strategic marketing partners; support marketing initiatives around partnerships, MoUs and business milestones.
- Agency & Vendor Management — Lead branding, creative, digital, content and event agency relationships; develop briefs, evaluate proposals, manage deliverables and ensure partners deliver against timelines, quality and objectives.

What We're Looking For

- 10+ years of experience in Corporate Marketing, Brand, B2B Marketing or Strategic Marketing.
- Experience in Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Industrial, Deep-Tech, Engineering,
- Infrastructure, or other complex sectors preferred.
- Experience building or strengthening a corporate brand rather than simply managing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of B2B and technology marketing.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong agency and vendor management experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to understand complex technology and simplify it for external audiences.
- Strong commercial and strategic orientation.

Success in This Role The person should be a brand builder and business-oriented marketer, capable of taking NewSpace from a company with strong technology to a clearly differentiated and recognised Aerospace and Defence technology brand.
