Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Team Leaders and their respective recruitment teams.

- Establish performance metrics, monitor delivery, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 6 years of experience in executive search, recruitment consulting, or talent advisory.
- Demonstrated success in managing teams and delivering leadership mandates.
- Robust client engagement and relationship management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- Postgraduate qualification in HR, Business Management, or related discipline preferred.
