Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing unit.

- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and separations.

- Ensure labour law, factory, and statutory compliance.

- Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, advantages, and HRMS.

- Handle employee relations, grievances, IR, and disciplinary matters.

- Manage contract labour and contractor compliance.

- Drive training, engagement, welfare, and performance management.

- Develop HR policies, processes, and best practices.

- Manage HR audits, documentation, MIS, and reporting.

- Support management on HR strategy and lead the HR team.
