Qualifications and Skill Set:

- A professional accounting / finance qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA or equivalent)
- At least 10-12 years of experience in financial due diligence, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Exceptional analytical and project management skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
