Detailed Role Overview The Manager – GBR Strategy & Business Operations will be part of the Global Business Resilience (GBR) team, working closely with the AVP and Head of Global Business Resilience and M&A; Security, GBR leadership, and enterprise-wide stakeholders.

The role focuses on strategic planning, governance, business operations, performance management, communications, and operational excellence to improve organizational effectiveness and support business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development, execution, and refinement of the GBR multi-year strategy, roadmap, and strategic priorities.

Drive operational excellence through governance, business operations, planning processes, and leadership coordination across GBR towers.

Develop executive reports, dashboards, scorecards,



KPI frameworks, and performance insights to support leadership decision-making.

Lead internal communications initiatives, executive presentations, leadership messaging, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Coordinate strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and continuous improvement efforts.

Support senior leadership in strategic planning, business performance monitoring, and organizational effectiveness.

Manage cross-functional initiatives and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across a matrixed organizational structure.

Facilitate leadership alignment, organizational planning, and execution of strategic priorities.

Preferred / Valuable-to-Have Experience Experience in corporate security, business resilience, business continuity, crisis management, risk management, governance, or transformation organizations.

Experience working with global and geographically distributed teams.

Familiarity with organizational change management and strategic planning methodologies.

Experience supporting executive leadership teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Background in consulting, strategy, PMO, governance, or transformation functions.
