- Preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements
- Preparation of domestic/ foreign subsidiary financial statements along with analysis of subsidiaries operations and share periodical business inputs
- Prepare consolidation adjustments and workings, including eliminations of intercompany transactions
- Preparation of required financial data for Deck/Board Meeting
- SEBI LODR RPT Reporting
- Support audits by providing required financial documentation
- Assist in improving the consolidation process for efficiency
Qualification, Skills & Competencies required:
- IND AS /Recent Regulatory changes related to LODR, Companies Act and RBI
- Proven experience with financial consolidation processes
- Knowledge of financial consolidations, eliminations, and segment reporting
- Experience in working in SAP ERP, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
