Job Summary

Own Corporate and commercial Servicing delivery, operational controls, capacity and client governance. Lead transition readiness and stabilisation across assigned activities, incorporating loan fulfilment capabilities where contracted and allocated.

What You'll Do

- Own delivery against agreed service levels, quality requirements and control obligations.
- Confirm process scope, process inventory, back-office handoffs and onshore/offshore responsibilities with the bank.
- Lead hiring, capacity planning and role-based KT; establish readiness evidence and specialist coverage.
- Govern mandates, customer/RM authority, KYC handoffs, four-eyes checks, completion validation and audit evidence.
- Oversee Northridge ID/document verification, agreement-version exceptions, bank-detail controls and funding-risk escalation.
- Maintain clear approval ownership for credit decisions, compliance, legal exceptions, fee waivers and payment release.
- Lead client governance and incident response; monitor ageing, accuracy, rework and unresolved dependencies.
- Own SOP/change governance, access readiness, continuity and audit remediation; sponsor approved simplification and automation.





What You Need

- Significant corporate/commercial servicing, lending or asset-finance delivery experience with client governance responsibility.
- Knowledge of business banking account-opening controls, mandates, approved lending amendments and specialist payment handoffs.
- Experience governing operational risk, incidents, audit evidence and onshore/offshore authority boundaries.
- Lending document, invoice, ID and bank-detail validation knowledge; strong capacity planning and operational MI skills.
- Executive communication, stakeholder coordination, transition readiness and continuous-improvement capability.
- Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business or equivalent relevant experience. Work within approved permissions and protect customer information.

Business Banking Knowledge

- Broad knowledge of corporate/commercial account servicing, lending administration, KYC handoffs, mandates and specialist payment processes.
- Understand business banking and lending operational risks, approval ownership and onshore/offshore responsibilities; govern controls, incidents and audit evidence.

Language & Communication

- Excellent written and verbal English with qualified customer-service etiquette.
- Confidence in dealing with RMs, fulfilment teams and UK/Ireland stakeholders.
- Ability to explain exceptions, documentary gaps and required actions clearly and tactfully.
