About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, business-oriented qualified to serve as a direct extension of the Founders and Sales Leadership team. This role combines strategic pre-sales support, business operations, cross-functional coordination, and end-to-end government and institutional tender management — making it a uniquely broad role suited for someone with strong execution orientation, commercial instincts, and experience navigating e-procurement ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

- Pre-Sales & Business Development Support
- Support Founders and Sales Leaders throughout the full sales lifecycle
- Coordinate customer presentations, technical proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, concept notes, and solution documents
- Work with Engineering, Product, and Delivery teams to gather technical inputs for proposals
- Maintain proposal repositories and sales collateral
- Coordinate customer demonstrations, PoCs, and strategic meetings
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research
- Track strategic opportunities and follow-ups until closure
- Tender Management & e-Procurement
- Identify, track, and evaluate relevant government and institutional tenders across e-procurement portals — GeM, CPP Procurement Portal, MSTC, state portals (e-Tender WB, APTS, KTPP, eProcure, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end tender lifecycle: sourcing → eligibility analysis → document preparation → submission → follow-up → bid opening → post-tender correspondence
- Read and interpret tender documents including scope of work, technical specifications, EMD/SD requirements, eligibility criteria, and commercial terms
- Coordinate with Finance for EMD / Bank Guarantee / SD arrangements and ensure timely submission
- Prepare and compile all required documents for tender submission — technical bid, price bid, company credentials, certifications, and compliance statements




- Maintain and update tender tracking registers (ongoing, submitted, awarded, lost) with status and follow-up actions
- Monitor e-procurement portal portals and client websites for relevant tender notices — IoT, CAAQMS, environmental monitoring, smart infrastructure, IIoT sectors
- Liaise with government departments, PSUs, and institutional clients for tender clarifications, corrigendum updates, and bid openings
- Maintain login credentials, DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) renewals, portal registrations, and vendor empanelments
- Coordinate with technical and legal teams to ensure all responses to pre-qualification questionnaires and technical queries are accurate and submitted on time
- Analyse lost tenders for lessons learned and support improvement of future bid strategies
- Maintain a repository of standard tender documents, pre-qualified certifications, and company credentials ready for rapid deployment
- Customer & Sales Operations
- Coordinate customer communications, documentation, and project discussions
- Support contract review by highlighting commercial, technical, and operational aspects
- Maintain CRM, opportunity trackers, and sales dashboards
- Coordinate seamless handover from Sales to Delivery
- Cross-Functional Program Management
- Drive execution across strategic initiatives
- Track deliverables, dependencies, and timelines
- Identify bottlenecks and escalate proactively
- Continuously improve internal coordination processes

Requirements

- Good hands-on experience working with Government clients
- Hands-on experience in bidding and government bidding portal/site management
- Experience in preparing deal collateral
- Notice Period: Immediate or shorter notice period preferred
- Language Skills: Bengali fluency is essential; must be fluent in English with strong vocal command for presentations

- B.E. / B.Tech with MBA — Mandatory
