About the Role:

We are looking for a agile Business Development Manager to handle property transactions, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads for properties
- Handle client inquiries and conduct site visits
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Negotiate deals and close transactions
- Maintain database of properties and clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year experience in real estate
- Good communication & negotiation skills( English & Hindi Must )
- Strong networking and client-handling ability
- Basic knowledge of local real estate market
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Two wheeler is must and have to be on site upon the client availability

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
