AURA CONSULTANTS is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager to lead our consultancy operations, manage the team, develop employer relationships, and improve client relationship.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, business development, and team management skills, with the ability to achieve business targets and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of AURA CONSULTANTS.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members.
- Develop relationships with companies and employers across Kerala to generate job vacancies.
- Set monthly targets for the team and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Develop strategies to increase candidate enrolments and revenue.
- Monitor team productivity and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Support marketing activities, lead generation, and business expansion.
- Maintain professional service standards and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; an MBA in HR, Marketing,



or Management will be an advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in service sales, business development, or operations management.
- Prior team-handling experience is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and CRM systems. Ability to achieve targets and manage multiple responsibilities independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Target-oriented and business-minded. Capable of converting leads into paying customers.
- Experienced in team supervision and performance monitoring.
- Able to build and maintain employer relationships.
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
