Asset Manager / Real Estate Portfolio Manager - Key Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned real estate portfolio through site visits, stakeholder meetings, and data analysis.
- Conduct Asset Quality Reviews (AQR) and identify early warning signals.
- Ensure post-disbursal compliance including security perfection, ROC filings, charge creation, and milestone monitoring.
- Prepare detailed AQR reports covering exposure movements, compliance status, RERA updates, projections vs. actuals, and corrective action recommendations.
- Coordinate with legal, technical, audit, and valuation partners for timely reports and compliance.
- Support disbursement documentation and facility agreement execution.
- Track Post-Disbursal Documents (PDD), prepare MIS reports,
and publish portfolio updates.
- Handle SICR reporting and regulatory submissions to NHB.
- Manage internal and external audit requirements.
- Drive process improvements, process mapping, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Manage customer NOCs and related documentation.
- Oversee escrow account operations and compliance.
