Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced CISO / Payments Security Leader to lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management for high-scale fintech and digital payment platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UPI security, cloud security, payment systems, regulatory compliance, and enterprise-wide information security.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement the organization's cybersecurity strategy, policies, and governance framework.
- Lead security initiatives for UPI platforms, digital payments, and high-volume transaction systems.
- Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Oversee cloud security architecture, particularly AWS-based environments.
- Manage enterprise security risks, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response.
- Establish security controls for payment infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and sensitive financial data.
- Lead security audits, business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and security awareness programs.
- Collaborate with technology, product, compliance,



and business teams to ensure secure project delivery.
- Lead cybersecurity teams, third-party risk assessments, and security improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or security leadership.
- Strong experience in fintech, digital payments, UPI, payment gateways, or financial services.
- Expertise in payment security, cloud security, and enterprise risk management.
- Solid knowledge of PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with AWS security, incident management, security architecture, and governance.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making skills.
- Cisco networking and security technology experience is preferred, if relevant to the organization's infrastructure.

Preferred Certifications CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CISA, or relevant cybersecurity certifications.

Pay: Up to ₹4,000,000.00 per year
