We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and sales-oriented Management Trainees with a Mechanical or Civil Engineering background and a strong passion for sales, market exploration, lead generation, and business development.

The selected candidates will be responsible for exploring new markets, identifying potential customers, generating leads, and developing business opportunities in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Explore current markets and identify potential business opportunities through field visits.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, market research, and direct customer interactions.
- Identify and approach builders, contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and industrial clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and promote the company's PEB solutions.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new customers and business prospects.
- Support the sales team in client meetings, follow-ups, and business development activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify recent market opportunities.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions,



and market visits.
- Work towards achieving lead generation and business development targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering only.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Willingness to travel, conduct field visits, and actively explore the market.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented attitude.
- Confidence in approaching new customers and developing business relationships.

Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who are passionate about building a career in sales, confident in approaching new customers, and eager to explore markets independently. Candidates should be comfortable with fieldwork, customer interactions, lead generation, and achieving business targets.

Significant: This is a field-oriented sales role, not a desk-based engineering position. Candidates must be willing to travel, conduct market visits, and actively generate leads.
