About the role

IndiaRENTALZ is expanding its enterprise sales function and seeks articulate, commercially curious MBA graduates to build careers in consultative B2B rentals. You will engage founders, IT managers, procurement, HR and finance stakeholders, understand business needs and help recommend hardware rental solutions. This is not scripted telecalling.

Key responsibilities

1. Identify B2B prospects through calls, inbound enquiries, LinkedIn, email and referrals.
2. Ask discovery questions on quantity, hardware specifications, user roles, locations, rental tenure, timeline, support and budget.
3. Explain the business relevance of laptop, MacBook, desktop, workstation and monitor rentals at a basic level.
4. Clarify customer drivers: onboarding, temporary projects, CapEx constraints, distributed teams and capacity changes.
5. Record lead sources, discussions, next steps, objections and opportunity stages accurately in CRM.
6. Assist with proposals and quotations subject to approved configurations, prices and availability.
7. Schedule and execute personalized follow-ups until a qualified next step or reasoned disqualification.
8. Research prospects and draft emails using approved AI tools, verifying every output.
9. Coordinate with senior sales, stock,



operations and pricing teams without making unauthorized promises.
10. Progress to independently qualifying and closing straightforward rental requirements.

Required / preferred qualifications · MBA/PGDM preferred (Marketing / Sales); excellent candidates from other backgrounds may be assessed.

· Good written and spoken English; Hindi useful.

· Confidence to converse with unfamiliar and senior stakeholders.

· Logical questioning, attentive listening and professional assertiveness.

· Comfort with Excel, presentations, CRM and digital research.

· Willingness to learn hardware and accept coaching; resilience with targets.

Success after six months

By six months: independently run high-quality discovery calls, qualify and document opportunities, prepare accurate requests for quotes and close straightforward deals with limited supervision.
