Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Management Trainee to drive HNI/UHNI investor acquisition, build distribution partnerships, and manage investor relationships for our alternative investment products.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new HNI/UHNI investors and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with family offices, wealth managers, IFAs, RIAs, and distribution partners.
- Drive repeat investments, cross-selling, and portfolio expansion.
- Present investment products, explaining their structure, risk-return profile, and advantages.
- Support partner onboarding, product training, and investor engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and investor satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA in Finance,



Marketing, Economics, or Commerce.
- Good understanding of BFSI, wealth management, and investment products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong sales orientation and ownership mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Advanced Excel; NISM/AMFI certification is an advantage.
