As a Managed Services - Fund Accounting - Senior Associate you will support outsourced fund accounting processes, client interactions, data review, enrichment, processing, quality controls, and issue resolution within our Managed Services practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex situations, build client relationships, guide junior team members, and use critical thinking to deliver work that aligns with broader business objectives. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to the delivery of fund accounting workstreams, monitor exceptions, interpret data to inform recommendations, and help advance service delivery across a range of client needs.

Responsibilities

Fund Accounting & Financial Reporting: Manage and review daily cash and investment activity, fund/SPV accounting, journal entries, expense allocations, credit facilities, quarterly/annual financial statements, disclosures,



and investor capital account statements.

Investor, Capital & Fund Operations: Oversee management fees and fund expenses, carried interest and waterfall calculations, capital calls, distributions, wire transfers, and investor queries, ensuring accurate and timely execution.

Governance, Reporting & Process Improvement: Lead or support financial close, regulatory, compliance, and audit reporting while contributing to technology implementations, process enhancements, and other strategic or ad-hoc initiatives.

What You Must Have

- Postgraduate degree in Accounting with a Chartered Accountant qualification and 4+ years of relevant experience in private equity, real estate, credit fund administration, and/or public accounting.
- Strong knowledge of alternative investment fund structures, capital activity, investor reporting, and waterfall calculations, including preferred returns and carried interest allocations, with the ability to independently review and validate results.
