As a Managed Services - Fund Accounting - Senior Manager you will lead outsourced fund accounting delivery, oversee client support activities, and guide teams through data review, processing, quality control, and escalation handling within our Managed Services practice. As a Senior Manager you will use sound judgment, strategic insight, and influential communication to direct complex work, coach diverse teams, and navigate competing priorities while maintaining operational excellence. In this role at PwC, you will collaborate across fund accounting workflows, validate outcomes with clients, identify process improvements, and support service delivery that helps organizations streamline operations and reduce cost.

Responsibilities

Fund Accounting & NAV Oversight: Strong expertise in private equity fund accounting, NAV oversight, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely delivery in line with SLAs, regulatory requirements, and relevant US regulations.

Risk,



Controls & Process Improvement: Experienced in NAV error and risk validation, control-failure analysis, remediation, and Risk & Compliance investigations, with a focus on strengthening controls and driving continuous improvement across BAU activities.

Private Markets & Stakeholder Management: Strong understanding of private-market structures and asset classes, including LP/GP, ICAV, private debt, real estate, and alternative credit, with proven ability to independently manage complex client, auditor, and internal stakeholder requirements in an outsourced operating environment.

What You Must Have

- 10–15 years of experience in financial services.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in fund accounting or fund financial reporting oversight in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance domain.
- Skilled certifications such as CPA, CA, or MBA (Finance) are an advantage.
- Relevant Investment Management qualifications or certifications (e.g., CISI, FINRA) would be desirable
