Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out routine maintenance and preventive maintenance of in-house machinery and equipment.

- Maintain equipment including CNC turning machines, VMCs, manual lathes, forklifts, air compressors, laser welding machines, and other factory equipment.

- Follow scheduled maintenance plans, including periodic servicing, cleaning, lubrication, coolant and water changes, and replacement of consumables.

- Ensure machine-specific maintenance requirements are completed on time. For example, changing the cooling water in laser welding machines at the prescribed intervals.

- Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve machine problems.

- Inspect mechanical components, bearings, belts, lubrication systems, pneumatic systems, and other parts for wear or damage.

- Coordinate with machine operators and external service technicians when repairs or specialized maintenance are required.

- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, service records, and maintenance checklists.





- Help minimize machine downtime by ensuring equipment is properly maintained and potential issues are identified early.

Required Skills & Experience

- Diploma or ITI in Machinist, Fitter, Mechanic, or a related mechanical trade.

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in a factory or industrial workplace.

- Practical, hands-on knowledge of machinery, mechanical assemblies, and maintenance procedures.

- Basic mechanical troubleshooting and fault identification skills.

- Familiarity with lubrication, bearings, belts, pumps, compressors, cooling systems, and general machine servicing.

- Ability to follow maintenance schedules, checklists, and equipment manuals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
