Job Summary

Panjim Gymkhana is looking for a responsible and technically skilled Maintenance Executive to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of its premises, Riverside Suites, and associated facilities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other building systems, coordinating repairs, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining a safe and well-functioning environment for members, guests, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out regular inspections of the premises, rooms, common areas, and facilities to identify maintenance requirements.
- Perform and coordinate routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, lighting, pumps, air-conditioning, and other equipment.
- Attend to maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution of issues reported by various departments.
- Carry out minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repair work wherever required and within technical competence.
- Coordinate with external technicians, contractors, and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance.
- Monitor the condition and functioning of equipment, furniture, fixtures, fittings, and other assets.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, inspection checklists, breakdown records, and service reports.
- Monitor the stock of maintenance tools, spare parts, and consumables, and raise purchase requirements when necessary.
- Ensure that maintenance work is carried out safely and that tools and equipment are used appropriately.
- Assist in renovation, installation, repair, and improvement projects across the premises.




- Coordinate with the Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Sports, and other departments to address facility-related requirements.
- Support the maintenance of sports and recreational facilities, including courts, indoor cricket facilities, and other designated areas.
- Monitor water and electricity usage and report unusual consumption, leaks, or faults.
- Identify potential safety hazards and report major defects or risks to the concerned authority immediately.
- Perform any other maintenance-related duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications and Experience
- ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related trade preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in building maintenance, facility maintenance, hotel maintenance, or a similar role preferred.
- Practical knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and general repair work.
- Experience in hotels, clubs, commercial buildings, or hospitality facilities will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
