Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in CNC/VMC machine maintenance and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of experience handling DGMore CNC machines, preferably in the automotive components, precision engineering, or aerospace manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC/VMC machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, including spindle assemblies, ATC (Automatic Tool Changer), coolant systems, hydraulics, lubrication systems, and ball screws.
- Carry out machine levelling, spindle bearing replacement, and mechanical alignment.
- Identify root causes of machine failures and minimise production downtime.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, service records, and maintenance documentation.
- Follow machine safety procedures and applicable quality standards.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth and reliable machine operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in CNC/VMC machine maintenance.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on DGMore CNC machine handling/maintenance experience.




- Solid knowledge of mechanical maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, and machine controls.
- Experience in spindle assembly, ATC, ball screw repairs, machine levelling, and spindle bearing replacement.
- Experience in the maintenance department of an automotive components or manufacturing company.
- Good troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in precision manufacturing or aerospace manufacturing.
- Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
- Familiarity with ISO/AS9100 audit requirements and maintenance documentation.
- Exposure to PLC systems and CNC machine controls.
