Roles and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues related to machinery operation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Program CNC machines (VMC ,HMC,VTL,Grinding ) for various machining operations.
- Design, develop, and maintain machine shop equipment and processes to ensure efficient production.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-6 years of experience in a machine shop setting with expertise in CNC programming (VMC & HMC).
- Proficiency in machining processes such as turning, milling, grinding, etc., with knowledge of precision machining techniques.
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
