Job Title: Machine Operator / Technician (Packaging & Printing)
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Location: Pragati RRD, Thukkuguda
Role Summary
Operate & maintain various machines for packaging & printing jobs (Offset Printing, Die Cutting, Creasing, Folding, Gloving, Strapping, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
1. Operate machines for printing, cutting, folding, gloving, strapping & packaging.
2. Ensure quality of products as per client specifications.
3. Monitor machine performance & do basic troubleshooting.
4. Changeover / setup machines for different jobs.
5. Maintain production records & report issues to supervisor.
6. Follow safety & quality procedures.
Required Skills
- Experience in packaging / printing machinery
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Attention to detail & quality
- Ability to work in shifts
