Job Title: Manager - Property Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

- End-to-end sales of vacant and current properties through leads assigned in CRM
- Generating and conducting site visits for interested clients to relevant properties.
- Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures
- Achieving a target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.

Skills Required:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in both Hindi & English; local language is an advantage
- MS Office
- Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills
- Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence

Educational Qualification & Work Experience :

- A graduate from any discipline is preferred
- 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
- Applicant must be currently employed or serving notice period





Compensation, Perks and Benefits:

Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance (~INR 35K plus per month on achieving bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent performers)

Earn a 10% salary hike on target based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3 months

(Avg 1 deal/month)

CTC – 4 to 6 Lakh Fixed (Experienced Only)

5 Day work week

Earn ESOPs on every deal closed

Earn 40% Incentives upon overachieving base targets

Upon achieving 6+ deals, you will be eligible to manage teams
