Primary Objective: Lead and scale end-to-end logistics operations across inland, B2B, B2C, import logistics, and direct fleet management while managing the department P&L.;

§ Key Responsibilities:

- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing logistics team.
- Optimize import clearing, customs clearance, and inland transportation networks.
- Oversee direct vehicle fleet routes, utilization, and maintenance.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and freight agreements to optimize transport costs.
- Drive fulfillment speed, accuracy, and efficiency across B2B and direct-to-consumer (B2C) channels.
- Manage budget allocations, operational expenses, and overall logistics P&L.;
- Export Management
- Should have Implementation knowledge in Reverse Logistic Management
- TMS implementation experience and working knowledge
- MIS from ERP
- Working & Implementation knowledge in ERP (preferably in Odhoo ERP, would be an advantage).
- Apt in costing & contract management.
- Apt in scheduling & Route Planning on a PAN India basis

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
