Role & responsibilities :

- Coordinate daily transporter manpower and vehicle placement schedules.

- Maintain hourly D-note handover records and transporter tracking sheets.

- Collect, process, and track transporter invoices; maintain transporter-wise MIS reports.

- Manage invoice submission and D-note handover to transporters.

- Monitor vehicle loading activities and ensure proper material handling.

- Inspect transport vehicles and identify any damages to incoming materials; report issues to the Logistics Transportation Cell.

- Coordinate with warehouse teams and transporters to resolve operational issues.

- Ensure loading personnel comply with prescribed safety requirements and wear appropriate safety equipment.

- Coordinate with transporters to achieve 100% Digital LR conversion.

- Monitor pending vehicle details and follow up with local transporters and the central transport team.

- Retrieve LRs using the SAP transaction code ZFETCHINVLR and report updates to the transport team.

- Coordinate shipment clubbing and de-clubbing through the Digital Portal.

- Prepare daily logistics reports, update Excel trackers, and ensure timely documentation.
