Role Description The Logistics Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics and distribution operations for beverage and cold storage products. The role involves planning and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing transportation partners, and ensuring timely delivery to distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring inventory levels, optimizing warehouse space, scheduling dispatches, and maintaining accurate documentation for movement of goods.

The Logistics

Manager collaborates closely with production,



procurement, sales, and customer service teams to align logistics plans with demand forecasts and production schedules. The role also requires implementing cost-effective logistics strategies, monitoring performance metrics, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to oversee distribution, transportation, and end-to-end material flow.
- Robust Inventory Management abilities to track stock levels, reduce wastage, and maintain optimal availability across warehouses and storage facilities.
- Experience in Procurement and vendor coordination to ensure timely sourcing of materials and efficient negotiation with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Effective Customer Service capabilities to manage expectations of distributors and retailers, address delivery issues, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Proficiency with ERP or logistics management systems, basic data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Experience in FMCG, beverage, or cold storage operations in a similar managerial role is highly beneficial.
