1. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating international shipments by air, sea, road, and courier.

2. Candidate will be responsible for arranging shipment bookings, freight quotations, collections, and timely deliveries.

3. Candidate will be responsible for preparing and verifying shipping documents, commercial invoices, packing lists, AWB, B/L, and export documentation.

4. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and customers.

5. Candidate will be responsible for managing pharmaceutical and medical supply shipments, including temperature-controlled and cold-chain logistics.

6. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with customs regulations, Incoterms, import/export requirements, and customer-specific shipping instructions.

7. Candidate will be responsible for monitoring shipment status, resolving delays, managing logistics risks, and maintaining shipment records and MIS reports.

8. Candidate will be responsible for freight cost control, shipment consolidation, delivery performance tracking,



and continuous process improvement.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Candidate should have good knowledge of international logistics, freight forwarding, and import/export operations.

2. Candidate should have positive knowledge of customs clearance, shipping documentation, and Incoterms.

3. Candidate should have good knowledge of pharmaceutical logistics, cold-chain transportation, and temperature-sensitive shipments.

4. Candidate should have good experience in coordinating with freight forwarders, suppliers, warehouses, and international customers.

5. Candidate should have good knowledge of freight costing, shipment tracking, and delivery management.

6. Candidate should have good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

7. Candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
