Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This position is responsible for coordinating daily freight movements, scheduling shipments, and ensuring timely pick-ups and deliveries across multiple carriers. The role includes managing documentation, tracking loads, maintaining accurate inventory and shipment records, and resolving any transportation or delivery issues.

The Logistics

Coordinator will communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to provide status updates, address service inquiries, and support smooth operations. The position also involves monitoring logistics performance,



supporting supply chain planning, and contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret logistics data and performance metrics.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
- Candidates should possess experience with Inventory Management to track shipments, stock levels, and related documentation.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles and basic logistics processes.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Proficiency with logistics software, spreadsheets, and other digital tools is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mohali district, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
