ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons, is a greenfield initiative focused on building India’s first AI-enabled, state-of-the-art semiconductor foundry . The facility will manufacture advanced semiconductor devices including power management ICs, display driver ICs, MCUs, and high-performance logic—addressing the rising global demand across automotive, computing, wireless communication, data storage, and AI markets.

Lithography Track Equipment Engineers are responsible for ownership, maintenance, and performance of Litho coat/ develop track systems. Engineers will support daily operations, tool monitoring, issue response, and will coordinate with vendor field service to maintain reliable production.

Key Responsibilities

- Own day-to-day equipment support for coat/develop tracks (e.g., LITHIUS Pro Z).
- Monitor equipment performance, uptime, alarms, and FDC parameters. Ensure compliance with operational specs.
- Track tool performance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and availability.




- Maintain tool availability and respond to tool-down events and conduct root cause analysis (RCA).
- Execute scheduled PMs and ensure compliance with PM checklists and intervals.
- Coordinate unplanned maintenance and recovery procedures.
- Maintain equipment documentation: recovery guides, PM procedures, safety protocols.
- Analyze downtime logs, equipment trends, and system diagnostics. Reduce chronic alarms and repeat failures through structured root cause analysis.
- Participate in cost-reduction and reliability improvement projects (e.g., parts reuse, PM optimization).
- Support engineering projects: track retrofits and upgrades.
- Manage multiple tools and coordinate vendor interventions independently.
- Train and mentor junior engineers or technicians.

QUALIFICATION:

- Bachelor’s - B.Tech – Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics

EXPERIENCE:

- 4-7 Years of total experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Industry experience
