Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Linux infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and DevOps operations.

- Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Kubernetes environments.

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.

- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, deployment, and production issues.

- Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and reliability of infrastructure platforms.

L3 Support Expectations

- Act as the technical lead for Linux, Kubernetes, and DevOps operations.

- Own complex infrastructure, deployment, and production issues through diagnosis, resolution, and RCA.

- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency.

- Lead technical discussions, design reviews, code reviews, and engineering best-practice adoption.

- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across the team.

- Support high availability, scalability, security, performance, patching, and reliability objectives.

- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and standards for infrastructure and DevOps practices.

- Infrastructure availability and reliability

Preferred Certifications

- Relevant certifications such as CKA/CKAD, Red Hat, Linux, HashiCorp Terraform, AWS/Azure, DevOps, or ITIL are desirable.
