Role Description The Life Planning Officer is a full-time role based in Patna with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in office responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves meeting prospective and existing customers, understanding their financial and life-stage needs, and recommending suitable life insurance solutions across protection, child education, retirement, savings and investment, and health plans.

The Life Planning

Officer will prepare and present customized financial plans, maintain accurate records of client interactions, and follow up to ensure policy issuance and ongoing service. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams for policy processing,



staying updated on product features and regulatory guidelines, and participating in local marketing and customer outreach activities. The role requires consistent achievement of sales and service targets while maintaining high standards of ethics and customer care.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Planning and Project Planning skills to design and manage customer-focused financial plans and related activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess customer needs, evaluate financial options, and interpret product details and policy benefits.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain insurance solutions clearly, build trust, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess relevant Urban Planning awareness when engaging with urban customers and understanding localized financial and lifestyle needs.
- Relevant experience in financial services, insurance, or sales is beneficial, along with a customer-centric mindset and ethical conduct.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in finance, business, economics, or related fields, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in local languages and basic computer skills, including use of CRM tools and office applications, is preferred.
