Exciting opportunity for an Associate Life Insurance role.

Role Overview:

We are looking for candidates with experience in Life Insurance Back Office Operations / Financial Operations, particularly in Money In and Money Out processes, financial transaction processing, debit and credit matching, and reconciliation. Knowledge of the Life and Annuities domain is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle back-office financial operations related to Life Insurance.
- Process Money In and Money Out transactions accurately.
- Perform debit and credit matching for life insurance transactions.
- Handle financial transaction processing and reconciliation activities.
- Identify and resolve transaction mismatches and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure process compliance.
- Work with internal teams to resolve transaction-related issues.
- Use the BlackLine system for financial operations, if applicable.

Eligibility Requirements:

- 12 years of relevant experience in Life Insurance Back Office Operations or Financial Operations.
- Solid knowledge of the Life Insurance and Annuities domain.
- Hands-on experience in Money In / Money Out operations.
- Experience in financial transaction processing, debit and credit matching, and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of financial operations and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with the BlackLine system is preferred.




- Average communication skills are required.
- Willingness to work in a night shift.

Shift Timings: 7:00 PM 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
