Role: Liaisioning Associate

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Regulatory Approvals: Coordinate the timely procurement, renewal, and management of essential hospital licenses, permits, and statutory clearances.
- Government Relations: Act as the primary point of contact between the hospital and municipal corporations, health departments, pollution control boards, and law enforcement.
- Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to local healthcare laws, environmental safety rules, and bio-medical waste disposal regulations.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external service providers (e.g., security, laundry, housekeeping) to ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).




- Inter-Departmental Liaisoning: Facilitate smooth communication and operational synergy between clinical teams, facility management, and hospital administration.
- Audit Support: Help organize internal compliance audits and host external government inspectors during facility evaluations.
- Documentation Control: Maintain a meticulously updated, centralized database of all legal agreements, certificates, correspondence, and permissions.
- Grievance Resolution: Assist in handling public grievances, legal disputes, or inquiries from statutory bodies in alignment with the hospital's legal counsel.
- Medico-Legal Support: Coordinate necessary administrative documentation and liaisoning for Medico-Legal Cases (MLCs) when required by authorities.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare regular Management Information System (MIS) updates regarding licensing status, compliance risks, and operational bottlenecks for senior leadership.
