We are currently looking for a Legal, RERA Compliance with solid real estate experience. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of property laws, UP RERA, RERA compliance, contracts, litigation, and corporate legal affairs .

Responsibilities

- Oversee all legal matters related to land acquisition, due diligence, and title verification.
- Ensure compliance with UP RERA, local municipal laws, and real estate regulations.
- Draft and review agreements including sale deeds, lease agreements, JV agreements, MOU, and contracts.
- Handle litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, regulatory matters, and negotiations.
- Liaise with government authorities, law firms, and external stakeholders.
- Provide legal support for mergers,



acquisitions, and corporate structuring.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and legal policies for the organization.

Preferences

Preference will be given to candidates with extensive Real Estate industry experience.

Experience

Minimum 20-25 years of relevant experience required.
