HeyEV / Delovita Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a legal skilled to manage loan documentation, lender negotiations and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vet and negotiate loan agreements, sanction letters, NCDs and security documents.
- Negotiate terms with NBFCs, banks and other lenders.
- Review financial covenants, events of default, personal guarantees and security clauses.
- Manage NOCs, charge filings (CHG-1/CHG-4), CP/CS compliance and legal due diligence.
- Coordinate with lenders, external counsel and internal teams.
