Skills:

Project Manager Mumbai (preferable)

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Project Management, InformaAon Technology, or a related

field.

- 8+ Years of experience in Project Management, preferably across long running IT Project

or a similar technical consulAng environment.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering sophisAcated projects.
- Excellent hands-On capability across MS Projects, Smartsheet, Excel, MS PowerPoint, Jira

and other project management/deliver tools.

- Project Management Professional (PMP)/PRINCE2 cerAficaAon or equivalent is highly

desirable.

- PMI Agile CerAfied PracAAoner (PMI-ACP)
- Excellent verbal and wriXen communicaAon and social skills.
- Ability to convey technical informaAon to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong client engagement and relaAonship-building skills.
- Ability to understand and align project work with client business objecAves.
- Ability to work in high pressure and demanding environments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and prioriAes.

What You LL Do

- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, Amelines, resource requirements,

and deliverables.

- Drive project execuAon in adherence to established Amelines and quality standards.
- Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial accountability.
- Ensure effecAve uAlizaAon of resources and manage project budgets.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals, and

ensuring project work align with their expectaAons.





- Conduct regular client meeAngs to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any

concerns.

- PrioriAze, empower, and drive CollaboraAon across technical teams, engineers, and

consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Work closely with sales teams to understand client requirements and provide pre-sales

support when vital.

- IdenAfy potenAal project risks and develop miAgaAon strategies across Technology,

ContracAng, Financial (Revenue/Cost/Margins), People (ForecasAng, Availability, Capability)

- Experience and ability to idenAfy, document, track, Amely close and/or call out key project

/milestone compleAon / success dependencies across Cisco, Partners and/or customer.

- Drive PX and CX SAT to ensure customer and partner delight.
- ProacAvely address issues that may impact project Amelines or quality.
- Analyzing problems, making informed decisions, and adapAng to unforeseen challenges.
- Conduct regular quality assessments and ensure project work meet or exceed client

expectaAons.

- Allocate and manage resources effecAvely to meet project demands.

- Maintain accurate project documentaAon, including project plans, status reports, and

client communicaAons.

- Generate regular reports on project progress, highlighAng achievements, challenges, and

- Prepare periodic ExecuAve Update Dashboards across Customers, Partners and Cisco

Stakeholders.

- Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and costs effecAvely.
- Communicate changes to relevant collaborators and ensure alignment with project
