Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of telesales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets through outbound calls.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales performance, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance team productivity.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure that team members have the necessary skills to handle complex customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 9-16 years of experience in BPO sales or domestic sales with expertise in b2b/b2c sales, inside sales, outbound calling, or similar roles.
- Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
