Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Recruiter who has hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring candidates for various IT positions. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical and non-technical positions.
- Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna,and other recruitment platforms.
- Search and identify suitable candidates using Boolean search techniques.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR interviews.
- Assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
- Coordinate aptitude tests, VC rounds, technical interviews, and F2F interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and management.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Discuss salary expectations, notice period, and joining availability with candidates.
- Coordinate the offer and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.




- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Good knowledge of hiring for IT roles such as:

- Inside Sales Representive
- Cloud Engineer
- DevOps Engineer
- Network Engineer
- IT Support
- System/Server Engineer
- IT Sales Executive
- Business Analyst
- Project Manager

- Understanding of technical skills, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
- Strong knowledge of resume screening and candidate sourcing.
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Knowledge of Boolean search and keyword-based sourcing.

Required Skills

- 1+ year of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in an IT company or recruitment consultancy.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period may be preferred.
