TELE SALES EXECUTIVE

Role & Responsibilities

- Generate and handle potential customer leads through outbound calls.
- Explain Solar Nex products and services clearly to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups and conversions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead-to-sale conversion.
- Take ownership of individual targets and maximize sales performance.

- Confident, energetic and enthusiastic personality.
- Strong interest in sales and customer interaction.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Positive Hindi communication skills; basic English preferred.
