Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to plan, design, supervise, and manage civil construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, project-management skills, and the ability to ensure that construction work meets approved designs, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

- Prepare and review engineering drawings, designs, specifications, and BOQs.
- Plan and supervise construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor work progress, materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other project teams.
- Check quantities, measurements, estimates, and material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and safety procedures.
- Perform quality-control inspections and maintain project documentation.
- Prepare progress reports, site reports, and other engineering documentation.
- Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.




- Identify construction risks and recommend practical solutions.
- Ensure projects are completed within the required time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, surveying, estimation, and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Site supervision and project coordination
- Quantity surveying and BOQ preparation
- RCC and structural construction knowledge
- Knowledge of concrete and construction-material testing
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures
- Understanding of health and safety requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage site activities
